Holiday rental. Short term rental at 1680e per week. Great apartment fully furnished.  Familiar big apartment with 3 bedrooms.  

This apartment is located in a privileged residential area, as just a few meters is located the Bel Air tenis and padel club and Viveros del Valle.  Less than 10 min walking there are supermarket as Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona, Pharmacy, Bank, Restaurants, Petrol Stations and a bus stop.  It is very near to San Jose International School & el Saladillo beach is just at 1km.  When you enter to the aparmtent, on the left hand side there is a big lounge with access to the private terrace, close to the dining room, the kitchen fully fitted, with hub, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsules coffee machine, sandwich machine.  The fridge and washing machine are new. 

From the lounge you can pass to the main bedroom, very bright with a double big bed and fitted wardrobes, with a window to the private terrace.  Closed to it a complete bathroom. On the left hand side of the entrance through the corridor you have 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90cm) both with fitted wardrobes also, and at the end of the corridor there is another complete bathroom.

The terrace is very spacious with its 30m² and at the same time is very private as it has high plants.  From the terrace there is access to the comunal garden and pool.  There is outside furniture and parasol.  The entry bed linen and towels are included.

Conditions: The minimun rental period is 1 week, the price is 1680€ per week + 100€ of departure cleaning and laundry. If the stay is for more than 1 week and the guest wants bed linen and towel change it will cost an extra of 30€ each change. Damages deposit of 200€ is required, which will be refund by transfer once the apartment is revised and with no damages. To book the aparment it will be necessary to transfer the whole rental period amount + delivery cleaning + deposit. If the rental is cancelled without no notice of at least 1 week before, a 50% percent of the rental amount will be kept as no notice cancellation fee.
