As per the Andalucian Board Bulletin valid from 26th of October of 2021, the reduction of the transfer tax from 10%, 9% & 8% generic to 7% and the Tax of Documented Legal Acts from 1.5% to 1.2% in Andalusia is approved.

This is a considerable advantage for any real estate operation involving either of these two taxes (capital transmissions in second-hand housing purchases and documented legal acts in new-work housing purchases).
