Grupo Insur Expands in Marbella with Two New Residential Developments Worth €72 Million

Soleil and Origin will bring 137 new homes to Altos de los Monteros, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the Costa del Sol, where it plans to deliver 900 homes in 2025

 

Grupo Insur, a leading Spanish real estate developer, has announced the launch of two new high-end residential projects in Marbella’s Altos de los Monteros: Soleil and Origin, representing a combined investment of €72 million. These developments mark a major milestone in the company's expansion plan for the Costa del Sol, one of Spain’s most in-demand real estate markets, where Insur expects to deliver 900 homes by the end of 2025.

 

Soleil: 80 Premium Apartments with Mediterranean Views and Luxury Amenities

 

Soleil will comprise 80 two- and three-bedroom apartments, all designed with spacious terraces offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. With a total investment of €43 million, the project includes exclusive penthouses with private solarium terraces and top-tier communal spaces such as:

 

  • Infinity pool and heated lap pool
  • Fully equipped gym and Turkish bath spa
  • Chill-out area with pool bar
  • Private social lounge

Soleil targets both national and international buyers seeking a premium lifestyle, privacy, and prime coastal location.

 

Origin: 57 Homes Already Under Construction, Completion Scheduled for 2027

 

The Origin project will feature 57 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, all with private terraces and access to communal amenities, including a heated pool, gym, coworking space, and outdoor pool with social club. With an estimated investment of €29 million, construction is already underway, with completion expected by summer 2027. The project is set to generate over 420 direct and indirect jobs, according to the company.

 

Strengthening Leadership in Marbella and Eastern Andalusia

 

With these two new launches, Grupo Insur reaches its fourth project in Altos de los Monteros and ninth in Marbella, consolidating its position as a key player in luxury residential development in the Costa del Sol. These projects are part of a broader strategy to deliver over 1,000 new homes in Eastern Andalusia, backed by a total investment exceeding €405 million.

 

Current developments marketed by Insur in the region include Quintessence, Origin, and Soleil (Marbella), Insur Scala (Estepona), Balance and Savia (Mijas Costa), and Las Terrazas de Macenas (Mojácar).
